Athletics

Perry Hall Christian School athletics exists not only for acquiring skills in a particular sport, but to teach our student-athlete sportsmanship, respect for authority and most importantly, to give glory to God. Each student-athlete is challenged to honor and glorify God with their lives, even in the heat of competition. Our student-athletes have a reputation of being tough competitors with real Christian character. Our coaches teach that although winning is good, playing to bring honor and glory to God is much more rewarding than a championship or trophy. We are proud to say that many student-athletes from PHCS have gone on to participate at the collegiate level.

Perry Hall Christian School is a member of the Maryland Association of Christian School Athletic Conference (MACSAC). We also compete against schools in the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) and the Maryland Christian Athletic League (MCAL). Our sports department offers many opportunities for both boys and girls, from Middle School to High School. Our student-athletes participate in baseball, basketball (boys and girls), soccer (boys and girls), and volleyball (girls).  Our student-athletes also participate with Fellowship of  Christian Athletes (FCA),  in football, lacrosse (boys and girls) and softball. At the conclusion of each season, each team selects recipients for several awards which are presented to them at our annual sports banquet at the end of the school year.
